"Develop a premium indoor air purifier that effectively manages airflow through a defined inlet–filtration–outlet pathway, while incorporating an accessible internal tray for convenient collection and removal of captured carbon particles. The product should move beyond conventional purifier forms by establishing a distinctive and contemporary design identity, enhanced through refined chrome-finish detailing. The overall form, material language, and proportions should seamlessly integrate with modern home interiors, positioning the purifier as an aesthetically desirable home appliance rather than a purely functional device."

The ideation phase explored multiple form directions, airflow configurations, and interaction possibilities to move beyond conventional air purifier aesthetics. Concepts were developed around a distinctive premium silhouette, integrated carbon collection, accessible maintenance, and ambient air-quality feedback. The selected direction balances functional airflow requirements with a refined modern-home aesthetic, creating a product that feels both technologically advanced and visually desirable.

A modular internal architecture integrates the airflow path, filtration system, carbon collection tray, and electronics within a compact premium form. The removable tray enables easy maintenance, while integrated ambient lighting provides intuitive air-quality feedback. Chrome-finished accents and modular construction support a premium, manufacturable design suited to modern home interiors.
