Everything you need to know about working with us.
No. You can engage us for industrial design only, engineering only, or any individual phase of the FORGE™ process. Many clients start with ID and bring engineering in-house or with another partner. We scope to what you need and flag handoff dependencies upfront so there are no surprises at the boundary.
Industrial Design is about the product's physical form — how it looks, feels, ergonomics, CMF (colour, material, finish), and form language. Product Development is the broader scope that wraps ID: opportunity identification, feature prioritisation, architecture decisions, cost targets, and roadmap thinking. Think of ID as a phase inside Product Development. You can engage either independently.
A freelancer gives you one skill. A typical design agency gives you visuals. We give you a product that can be manufactured. Our team covers industrial design, mechanical engineering, electronics, and supply chain readiness under one roof — and our FORGE™ process gates each phase so nothing moves forward until it's ready. The output isn't a concept deck. It's a production-ready product.
Both. Our brand strategy practice helps companies define the visual and strategic language of their products and companies — especially useful when a hardware product needs to launch with a coherent identity. Digital Product UX is focused on the screen-based experience that sits inside or alongside physical hardware (apps, dashboards, device interfaces). These are additive to our core ID and engineering practice, not separate from it.
We pick up wherever you are. Many clients come with a sketch, a reference product, or a rough 3D file and want us to take it through engineering and manufacturing readiness. Some come with just a problem statement. The FORGE™ process has natural entry points at each stage — we scope the engagement to your starting point, not ours.
