Our studio is in Mumbai, India. For international clients, we work fully remote — and we've built a workflow that makes the distance invisible.

Most projects run 8–14 weeks from kick-off to manufacturing-ready handover. Focused sprints (ID-only or engineering-only) close in 3–4 weeks. Timelines are committed in writing before work begins — no guesswork.
Fixed-scope engagements — you know the full cost before work begins, with no hourly billing surprises. Payment is structured in milestones so you're always paying for work delivered, not work promised.
We work through our proprietary FORGE™ System — a 5-stage gate-based process covering Focus, Originate, Refine, Gate, and Engineer. Every phase has defined deliverables and a client sign-off before the next begins. No surprises, no scope drift.

Yes. Around 30% of our work is for clients in the US, UAE, and Europe. We operate fully remote, with USD invoicing and structured async workflows. Geography has never been a friction point.
You do — fully, on final payment. All design files, engineering drawings, and production documentation transfer to you at handover. NDAs are signed before we see anything confidential.
NDA-first is our default, not an option. Stealth-mode projects are something we handle routinely — products in development don't appear in our portfolio without your explicit written approval.
Yes. ID-only, engineering-only, or electronics-only engagements are available à la carte. We'll flag any handoff dependencies upfront so there are no surprises.
Projects can pause for up to 60 days at no penalty with 30 days' notice. Your assets are held securely. We're honest about what restart looks like after longer gaps.
Every project includes a 30-day post-handover support window at no extra charge. Many clients continue into a monthly retainer for version 2.0 work, line extensions, or ongoing iteration.
