At Iuova, we provide Reverse Engineering services for all types of products and complex components. In this process, we use 3D Scanner for creating a basic scanned CAD surface. From that scanned surface data, we create a 3D CAD model manually to match the exact dimensions of the existing product.
Reverse engineering is the process of deconstructing and analyzing a product, system, or component to understand its structure, functionality, and design principles. This often involves disassembling, examining, and scrutinizing the object to extract information that may not be readily available.
With our state-of-the-art facility and equipment, we can create or reverse engineer any type of geometry (internally and externally) with precision up to 10 microns. We can reverse engineer products of sizes – 1600 mm x 1000mm x 550 mm.
We have reverse engineered over 200 components and products including tower coolers, Tower fans, home appliances, Consumer Electronics, Medical Devices, Dies and tools, etc. Our equipment can capture the finest details of the product and can create any critical geometry with the uttermost precision of 0.1 micron.
